Jerez…the newest terroir-driven Spanish wine appellation
Ladies & Gentlemen of America, I direct your attention 
to the south coast of Spain, a land with impeccable terroir (say hello to chalk!) 
and everlasting sunshine (hola! sol!) and a singular grape variety (palomino) that gives voice to EVERYTHING.
If crunchy minerality and challenging flavor profiles are your wine addiction, 
then these wines are for you.
These wines are not just recently discovered…
these wines are just recently revealed to our senses.
And we are thrilled.
The specifics of the event:
-it will be a seated gathering, at communal tables
-6 wines will be enjoyed during the class + a welcome wine
-there will be a snack, because we  want your bellies to be happy
-there will be instruction and conversation...this is a class after all...
lasting roughly 60 minutes...
-there will not be a test at the finish of the class
