Sunday Wine School - CHILE

On the 8th day, God created Chile.
That is what it states unequivocally in the bible 
that sits on the settee in my wine room.
Yes, Chile has all the elements that allow for a region 
to grow great grapes: proximity to water to moderate temperatures /
hills and mountains to create various aspects / 
astute farmers who allow mother earth to nurture her fruits. 
Chile has a wine history that stretches back almost 500 years. 
Chile has the ability to craft a multitude of wines for everyday enjoyment 
AND create wines that are worthy of worldclass epithets.
Chile is very much worthy of your undivided attention.
The specifics of the event:
-it will be a seated gathering, at communal tables
-6 wines will be enjoyed during the class + a welcome wine
-there will be a snack, because we  want your bellies to be happy
-there will be instruction and conversation...this is a class after all...
lasting roughly 60 minutes...and Paul will be leading this class
-there will not be a test at the finish of the class
